Meet the Team
Head Coach
Angela Bobo
Angela is a wife, mom to four, follower of Jesus, fitness coach and loves being physically fit. She was active in many sports throughout her childhood including soccer, basketball, and cross country. She played 4 years of soccer at Tennessee Tech University where she was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2024. After becoming a mom, she picked up running again and participated in many 5ks, 10ks, and Half Marathons. When her kids joined the Arrows team in 2021, she volunteered to help coach and organize practices. Angela quickly fell in love with the team and has been coaching ever since. She loves the community the team has brought to her families during her homeschool years. Some of her favorite coaches growing up were cross country coaches that participated in her team’s practices. She also loves to encourage the less natural runners and their parents and see victories in the small steps of building to be a runner. She is a firm believer in athletics, being part of learning how to do hard things in life. Cross country takes a lot of mental toughness and perseverance that builds a person to be a better adult who can serve our Lord throughout his or her life.
Elementary Coach
Lindsey miller
Lindsey and her husband have been married for 18 years and are the proud parents of three children. She has been homeschooling for the past 6 years and is deeply invested in helping children grow academically, physically, and spiritually. Grounded in her faith in Jesus, she strives to encourage and lead children with love, purpose, and Christ-centered values.
Before becoming a stay-at-home mom, Lindsey spent seven years as a public high school math teacher, where she served as head coach for both the boys’ and girls’ high school cross country teams. Her background in both education and athletics gives her the unique ability to teach, inspire, and connect with children of all ages.
Running has been a major part of Lindsey’s life for over 25 years. She has completed numerous half marathons and several other races ranging from 5Ks to 10Ks. In addition to cross-country coaching, she coaches softball in Morrison, Tennessee and remains actively involved in her community and church. Lindsey co-directs a local homeschool co-op and enjoys investing in students and families beyond athletics.
Lindsey believes in leading by example and challenges herself to do hard things right alongside the kids. She strives to create an environment where kids feel supported, valued, and challenged to grow. Outside of coaching and homeschooling, Lindsey practices karate and is currently a brown belt working toward her black belt.
